Episode #219 Hydrated & Activated

After a good rain, the garden is thriving, and the guys chat about how the tomatoes and veggies are loving the weather. They also give a big shout-out to Che and his latest episode of The Social Contrast, where he and Thad dive into music and meaning with tracks from Florida’s own Lo Presher.

Episode #208 Reflecting with Scott

Happy New Years everyone! 2025 he here and we are motivated to make it count. In this special episode, Scott takes a step back to reflect on the journey of Adjust the Mic—from its creation to the people who have shaped it along the way. He opens up about the evolution of the show, the connections made, the challenges faced, and the personal growth that has come with it.

This episode is different. It’s personal. It’s outside of Scott’s comfort zone (and, honestly, after listening back, he kinda hates it). But sometimes, stepping into discomfort leads to the best stories.

A big thanks to Thad for the gentle but persistent nudges to make this happen.
